                                                                                  The 81st Energy Forum: Talking about Lithium Batteries and Related Materials

                                                                                          At 7.30 p.m., 1st of December, the 81st Energy Forum, organized by the Department of Academy, was held in HeMu building room A221. Professor Juntao Li was invited as the lecturer who focused on the topic: lithium batteries and related materials.

                                                                                      Professor Li mainly talked about the history of development ,the present situation and the future prospect of lithium batteries and related materials. At the beginning, he introduced some original thoughts that contributed to the birth of lithium batteries and related materials step by step. Then, he analyzed how the problems were addressed during the process of research and how the academically mature lithium batteries came into existence. In recent years, although there have been few breakthroughs in theory, advances in technology ensure long-term development.

                                                                                      Afterwards, Professor Li mentioned that lithium batteries and related materials enjoyed much popularity nowadays. From his perspective, they had an optimistic prospect because of their advantages in many aspects and called for a complete industrial chain.

                                                                                      In the end, Professor Li cast great vision for the lithium batteries and related materials. The Energy Forum finally came to a successful conclusion.
